HONG KONG.

VISAS.

Visas are required for all aliens except as mentioned hereunder.

Chinese Nationals.

Persons of Chinese race who are also Chinese nationals, in possession of a valid Chinese passport do not require visas. Chinese nationals not of Chinese race, must possess a visa.

Alternatively, Chinese nationals of Chinese race are admitted to the Colony on production of an entry permit and/or security as demanded by the Immigration Officer.

WAR TIME MODIFICATIONS:

Except where consular officers have been given specific discretion, prior reference is required in the case of :-

1. Aliens other than Chinese

nationals of Chinese race.

2.

3.

Stateless persons.

All non-Asiatic women and children under eighteen years of age,

except where in direct transit on the same ship.
